About these terms

These terms govern your use of tbwnsignal.my, operated by TBWN Solutions. By buying access or using the dashboard, you accept them.

What the service is

TBWN Signal publishes XAUUSD trade setups, with a reference entry, target levels and a stop loss, together with a dashboard showing live price, running pips and a position-size calculator.

It is information, not financial advice. We do not manage money, place trades for you, or know your circumstances. Every decision to enter or exit a trade is yours. Read the risk disclosure.

Your access key

• A key is issued to one person and is not transferable.
• You may use it on your own devices. Sharing it, reselling it or republishing our setups is not permitted.
• We may revoke a key that is being shared or resold, without refund.

Packages and billing

• Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond are one-time purchases granting access for a fixed period (7, 15 and 30 calendar days). They do not renew, and nothing is charged again.
• Prices shown at checkout are what you pay. Promotional prices are shown beside the regular price.

Stripe processes the payment; your card details never reach us. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

If you join through a partner or representative, see the affiliate disclosure.

Availability

We aim to publish setups during market hours and keep the dashboard online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Where an outage materially affects a period you paid for, the refund policy applies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TBWN Solutions is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Nothing here removes consumer rights you hold under the law where you live.
