About this notice

This notice covers tbwnsignal.my, operated by TBWN Solutions. Questions: support@tbwnsignal.my.

What we collect and why

• Name, email and phone number: to issue your access key and reach you about your account.
• Your access key and its expiry: this is what logs you in.
• Notification subscription: if you allow browser notifications, to send you setup alerts.
• Basic usage: last login time, to keep the service secure.
• Referral code and, where applicable, a broker account reference: so the right partner is credited and an application can be verified.

What we never see

Your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We only see that a payment succeeded, its amount and the email attached to it.

Who receives your data

• Stripe: payments and billing.
• Supabase: the database holding accounts and access keys.
• Vercel: hosting for the website.
• Resend: sending account emails such as your access key.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Account records are kept while your account is active and for as long as we must keep payment records.

After your access ends we keep your account details for up to 12 months, in case you return, and then delete them. Payment records we must keep for accounting stay in a minimal form. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Marketing is separate

Account and payment emails are sent because they are part of the service. Marketing emails are optional: we send them only if you tick a separate box, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

• See or correct your details: email us.
• Delete your account: email us. Records we must keep for accounting stay in a minimal form.
• Stop notifications: turn them off in your browser.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Your access key works like a password, so keep it private. If you think it has leaked, email us and we will issue a new one.
